Who are "They"?
WHO ARE "THEY?"
In light of recent times, many people observe international events and attribute them to “They.” They are responsible for this. They have weakened us. This can be confusing to hear. So, who are THEY? Well...
They imposed their values on us.
We now loyally follow the “perfect and universal” ideals of liberalism and secularism.
They took over our lives.
We aspire to corporate jobs and spend our days in the office, while the goal of our lives has become earning as much money as possible and chasing our desires.
They’ve ruined our morality.
Where is our haya? Nowadays, nudity and immorality have been normalized. We no longer bat an eye at indecent clothing or consider it sinful. We see no problem with LGTV and other forms of sexual deviancy.
They’ve ruined entertainment.
Even innocent kids’ cartoons are polluted with sinister messages. Movies and shows are filled with immorality and indecent conduct. Sin and vice are openly promoted. Satanic and demonic themes and ideas are pushed onto the masses.
They’ve ruined our culture.
The youth of this generation have drifted away from their traditions and heritage. Instead, they adopt the new “Western lifestyle” sold to them by Instagram influencers: the trends, vaping, superficial conduct, brand obsession, idolization of celebrities, and unproductive habits. All these serve to distract people from what’s truly important. They distance themselves from Deen while chasing things they’ve been made to believe will make them happy. However, this brings only temporary pleasure—not lasting peace.
They’ve divided us.
They've ruled over us
Many people dont even realize this but the so called "elite" have dominated almost every aspect politically. The Zionist entity and its actions are white listed and supported by those in power. The Muslim countries are unable to do anything out of fear even though on paper we are doing well militarily. They can invade and do whatever they want to the Muslims without fear of repercussion or consequences. Due to censorship it is almost impossible to even speak out against them. True freedom of speech has been severely restricted. Even in the scientific field, godless atheism is being promoted and pushed forward while voices of religion are silence. I dont even want to talk about the health industry and the big pharmaceutical corporations. In short, they run the institutions of the world and have placed themselves in positions of power. They use this advantage to spread their evil ideologies and more importantly, to suppress Islam and the truth.
Now, we've talked alot about "they", but what about "US?" What can we do? The first thing which we have already done, simply by reading, is combating ignorance. Many people live their lives without the understanding of how things truly are. It is important to note that simply moping is not our message as instead of crying over problems, we should analyze them and offer solutions? So what is the solution for us? The answer is simple :
Return to Deen. We need to implement Deen in our lives. Read the Quran everyday. Read it with its tafsir as the Quran's timeless message to humanity is applicable to all of our problems. Memorize it as much as you can. Learn how to read it correctly and beautifully. Preserve Islamic tradition and culture to battle the emerging forces of secularism and liberal ideologies. For Allah Ta'ala says in the Quran :
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided...” ~📖 Surah Aal Imran (3:103)
So never lose hope and always have faith in the Almighty. Divine Revelation will guide us to the correct path as it guided the generations before us all the way back until the best example was given to us by our beloved Rasool, Muhammad ﷺ. So dont isolate yourself in depression. Speak out. Talk about it. Upload posts. Preach the message to those around you and always yearn to establish or be part of a true Islamic Community, one that is well aware of the modern dangers and knows how to deal with them in this modern age that we live in, which has both its positives but also a more negative side. And Allah knows best.
